Mt. Tabor Studio is a small studio space in the home of Chris Robison atop scenic Mt. Tabor in Portland Oregon. Chris uses the space for all sorts of creative endeavors, but primarily for his band The Infinite Knobs, and recording and jamming with friends.

The room is a comfortable and well appointed project studio with a nice selection of useful tools ranging from guitars, amplifiers and effects pedals to synthesizers and computers with amazing software tools. We have a reasonable selection of microphones to crisply capture an authentic recording of what is happening in the room, or experimenting with creative recording techniques.

Mt. Tabor Studio isn't a for hire studio, we simply do not have the time and energy to spare to try and make it a viable business in these challenging economic times. We do work with our friends and other people on a project basis, and if a project is interesting, and time is available (family, day jobs, our own bands, etc.) we are more than willing to take a project on. We do it because we love it after all!
